Every DesignO Spaces home comes with a warranty card at handover. Here is what it covers, what it does not, and how to reach us when something needs fixing.
Coverage by type of work
Warranty periods start from the date of handover written on your warranty card.

Three steps to get something fixed
1. Send us a message
WhatsApp or call +91 84970 70700 with your name, project address and a photo or short video of the issue.
2. We schedule a visit
Our service team confirms the request and books a technician visit at a time that suits you.
3. We fix it
Most fixes are done on the first visit. If a part is needed, we tell you the date it will be replaced.
A technician visits within 48 hours for most requests within Bengaluru city limits. Service line: +91 84970 70700, 9 am to 8 pm.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage from misuse, accidents, pests or alterations made by others
- Water damage from leaks or seepage not caused by our work, such as building plumbing or wall dampness
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, fading in direct sunlight and wear on handles
- Loose furniture, appliances and decor, which carry their own manufacturer warranties
- Work changed or repaired by anyone other than DesignO Spaces during the warranty period
Keeping your warranty valid
- Keep your warranty card and final invoice. We also keep a copy against your phone number.
- Wipe spills on countertops and shutters promptly and avoid placing hot vessels directly on laminate.
- Tell us before getting any modular unit modified, so we can advise or do the work ourselves.
After the warranty ends
Our service team still looks after your home. Repairs, adjustments and add-on work are quoted at standard rates, and you can book them the same way as a warranty request.
