Using this website

This website is run by DesignO Spaces. Prices, package contents, images and timelines shown here are for general information. Images are illustrations and may differ from your final design. We may update the website at any time.

Quotes and prices

• Package prices are starting prices for a typical layout and are shown before GST.
• The price calculator gives an indicative range only. Your final price is the itemised quote prepared after measuring your home.
• A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is shared, unless it says otherwise.
• Once you sign the agreement, the quoted price is fixed. It changes only if you add or change scope, and we share a revised quote for your approval first.

Payments and GST

• Payments follow the milestones in your agreement, typically 10% at booking, 50% before production, 35% at installation and 5% at handover.
• GST at the applicable rate, currently 18%, is charged on every invoice. You receive a GST-compliant tax invoice for each payment.
• The booking amount is refundable until factory production starts, minus any design and measurement costs stated in your agreement.
• EMI is offered through partner banks and NBFCs, subject to their approval and terms.

Timelines

The 45-day timeline applies to most apartments and is counted from design sign-off and receipt of the production milestone payment. Your exact handover date is written into your agreement. Delays caused by changes you request, late payments, society restrictions, site readiness or events outside our control extend the timeline accordingly.

Changes during the project

You can change the design before production starts. Changes after production starts may add cost and time, and we confirm both in writing before going ahead.

Your responsibilities

• Give us access to the site during agreed working hours, with power and water available.
• Arrange any permissions your apartment association needs for interior work.
• Make payments on time according to the milestones.

Warranty

Warranty terms are described on our warranty page and on the warranty card you receive at handover.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law
