A designer meets you at home, online or at our Dommasandra experience centre to understand your family, your routines and your budget. If you have keys, a site engineer takes laser measurements.
Your designer builds every room in 3D and prepares an itemised quote with every panel, finish and fitting listed. You can change anything until it feels right.
When you are happy with the design and price, you book with 10%. We sign an agreement that fixes the scope, the price and the handover date.
Kitchen and wardrobe units are made in our factory while civil, electrical, false ceiling and painting work runs on site. Units arrive finished and are installed in days.
We deep clean the home and walk through every room with you. Anything you are unhappy with goes on a snag list that we close before handover.
You pay as work progresses. Every milestone comes with a GST-compliant tax invoice. Package prices are shown before GST, and 18% GST is added on each invoice.
EMI from 12 to 36 months is available through partner banks and NBFCs.
