Fill in the form with their name, number and locality. Ask them first, so they expect our call.
Step 2
We call and take care of them
A designer calls within 2 hours, mentions you, and looks after them like any other client.
Step 3
You earn ₹25,000
When their home is handed over, we send ₹25,000 to your bank account or UPI within 15 days.

Referral terms
The fine print, in plain words
Sample terms for review. Confirm amounts and conditions before launch.
- The reward is ₹25,000 for each referred friend whose home is handed over by DesignO Spaces.
- The friend must be new to DesignO Spaces, with no enquiry from them in the last 6 months.
- The friend's booking value must be ₹3 lakh or more, before GST.
- Rewards are paid by bank transfer or UPI within 15 days of handover, after deducting any tax required by law.
- Your friend gets free modular accessories worth ₹10,000, added to their quote.
- There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer.
- If two people refer the same friend, the first referral we receive counts.
- DesignO Spaces may change or end this programme with notice on this page. Referrals already received keep the terms that applied when they were sent.
FAQs
Questions about referrals
No. Anyone can refer a friend, whether or not we have done your home.
Within 15 days of your friend's handover, by bank transfer or UPI. We message you on WhatsApp when their home is booked and again when the reward is sent.
The reward applies when the booking value is ₹3 lakh or more before GST. Kitchens and wardrobes together usually cross this.
No. We call once, and follow up only if they ask us to. If they are not interested, we stop.
