Carpet area and layout
Kitchen run length, wardrobe walls and ceiling area set the quantities. We measure with a laser on the first visit.
Finish level
Laminates cost the least. Acrylic, PU, veneer and glass add to the price, as do premium handles and lighting.
Scope
Which rooms you include, and whether you add beds, a pooja unit, painting or civil changes.
What changes the price
- Larger kitchens, extra wardrobes or full-height lofts add to the quantities.
- Civil changes such as moving plumbing, breaking walls or new flooring are quoted separately.
- Appliances, loose furniture, curtains and decor are optional and listed as separate items.
- 18% GST is added on the final invoice. You get a GST-compliant tax invoice for every payment.
