Pricing and payments
Most 2 BHK homes we do fall between ₹4.9 lakh and ₹8 lakh plus GST, depending on finishes and scope. The kitchen and wardrobes are usually 55 to 60% of the budget. Use the price calculator for a quick range.
Package prices are shown before GST. 18% GST is added on the final invoice, and you receive a GST-compliant tax invoice for every payment.
Yes. 12 to 36 month EMIs through partner banks and NBFCs, with no-cost EMI on select cards. Approval usually takes one working day.
10% to book and lock your design, 50% when production starts, 35% when installation begins and 5% at handover. Every milestone is listed in your agreement.
No. Your quote is itemised and locked at sign-off. It only changes if you add or change scope, and we share a revised quote for approval before any extra work.
Design and process
Yes, anywhere within Bengaluru city limits. A designer and a site engineer visit together, take laser measurements and check plumbing and electrical points.
Unlimited revisions until you sign off the 3D design. Most families finalise in two or three meetings.
Yes. Visit our experience centre in Dommasandra to see shutters, countertops, hardware and full kitchen setups, or ask your designer to bring samples home.
No. Many of our clients live abroad or in other cities. You get daily photo updates, weekly video walkthroughs and a single project manager on WhatsApp.
Timelines and execution
45 working days from design sign-off and the 50% milestone payment for most apartments. Villas and homes with civil changes take 60 to 90 days. Your timeline is written into the agreement.
Your agreement includes a delay clause. If we miss the committed date for reasons within our control, we compensate you as written in the agreement.
Yes. We follow your apartment association's working hours, register our team at the gate and protect lifts and common areas.
Warranty and after-sales
Up to 10 years on modular kitchen and wardrobe carcasses against manufacturing defects, and 1 year on installation and on-site work. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we claim on your behalf.
