Terms

What you get

  • Photo-realistic 3D views of every room in your scope

Terms

  • The 3D design is free once you book with the 10% advance.
  • If you only want a design without execution, it is charged at ₹25,000 for up to 3 BHK.
Easy payments

EMI from 12 to 36 months

Spread the cost with partner banks and NBFCs. No-cost EMI on select cards.

What you get

  • Tenures of 12, 18, 24 and 36 months
  • No-cost EMI on select credit cards for 6 to 12 months
  • Approval usually within one working day
  • Example: a ₹4.9 lakh 2 BHK works out to about ₹16,275 a month over 36 months at 12% a year

Terms

  • EMI is offered by partner banks and NBFCs, subject to their approval and terms.
  • Interest rates and processing fees are set by the lender.
  • GST applies to the full project value as usual.
Refer and earn

Earn ₹25,000 for every friend who moves in

Refer a friend. When their home is handed over, you get ₹25,000 and they get a welcome gift.
